Shinozaki Shoji was founded in 1958 (Showa 33), starting as a wholesale grain dealer centered on soybeans in Kanda, Tokyo.
We have long placed great importance on building face-to-face relationships with producers, carefully constructing our supply chain over the decades.
Each member of our team takes personal responsibility for delivering the gifts of the land from producers to consumers, and for continuously updating our knowledge.
Today, we handle a broad range of products—soybeans, rice, grains, sprouting ingredients, feed ingredients, and more—sourced domestically and internationally, delivering them to customers with reliable expertise and attentive care.

Obsession
Grains such as rice, soybeans, and other cereals—long central to Japan's traditional food culture—are rich in outstanding nutrients. Soy-based foods like tofu, miso, and natto are easy to digest and support weight management, while also providing high-quality protein, calcium for bone health, abundant minerals, and isoflavones for anti-aging and wellness.

Each year, we carry out 'contract farming' across multiple countries and regions both in Japan and abroad, supplying premium grains—true to the character of each origin—promptly and stably to manufacturers and wholesalers.
To meet growing demand, we are also strengthening partnerships with overseas farmers and suppliers, ready to respond to large-volume soybean and grain requirements and a wide range of other needs. All grains traded through overseas suppliers are, as a rule, non-GMO and subject to rigorous identity preservation (IP handling), ensuring full traceability under safe and reliable conditions.
